Tulip Day Dream - Single Tulip

Soft, lemon-yellow buds of Tulipa Day Dream become tinged with delicate shades of apricot. The huge blooms open to reveal a bright orange interior shading back to yellow at the base. One of the strongest and easiest tulips to grow, sweetly fragrant Tulip Day Dream holds an RHS Garden of Merit award. Blooming through the month of April, it is extremely versatile and sturdy, thriving in full sun or partial shade. It grows well in containers or borders and can be naturalised. It makes wonderful, long-lasting cut flowers.
