Gladioli or sword lilies are bulbous perennial. The tall pikes of flowers are ideal for themiddle of the border. 'Murielae' bears fragrant white and purple flowers.
Plant the corms in spring, in well drained compost/soil. Cut back in Autumn once the foliage has fully turned yellow. It is best to lift the corms and overwinter them in a frost-free area.
